A structure fire has traffic diverted onto side streets in Glens Falls
GLENS FALLS - The Glens Falls Fire Department are tackling a structure fire this lunch hour that has traffic on an important north-south road in Glens Falls diverted onto side streets this lunch hour.
The fire is at an apartment building near the corners of Bay and Sanford Street.
According to reports, the response includes the City of Glens Falls Fire Department, Glens Falls Police, Empire Ambulance and other emergency responders from nearby agencies, and there was a report of a person trapped in the home.
Bay Street is closed from Lexington Street down to Sanford Street at this time.
